Meet Saurabh Nathany – Startup Lawyer & VC Expert

I am a dual licensed corporate attorney (Texas, U.S.A. and India).

At Inventus Law, I advise high growth technology startups in Silicon Valley and founders globally on angel, accelerator and venture financing, private securities offerings, entry into the U.S. market, partnership structuring, cross-border corporate restructuring, exits, and day to day general corporate governance matters.

In addition, I have more than a decade of experience advising companies and founders in relation to M&A transactions, inbound and outbound investments into and from India, commercial joint ventures, entity formation and structuring, and key business contracts. As an in-house attorney at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, I also managed a team of attorneys responsible for managing conflict, facilitating risk management compliance, and driving contracts and transactions to closure.

I earned my Master in Business Laws from Northwestern University, a Certificate in Business Administration from Kellogg (Chicago) and my LL.B. (JD equivalent) from Symbiosis, India. I believe there is a need for lawyers to be more pragmatic and solution-driven in their approach when advising clients while focusing on the details.
